By downloading, installing, or using Pulse News ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Pulse News is a news aggregation application that provides AI-generated summaries of news articles from third-party sources. We do not create original news content. All news is sourced from verified publishers and attributed accordingly.
You may use Pulse News without creating an account. Creating an account enables bookmark syncing, personalization, and Premium features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Pulse News offers a free tier with advertisements and a Premium subscription tier. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly ($3 AUD/month) or annually ($24 AUD/year). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play settings.
News content displayed in the App is sourced from third-party publishers and remains their intellectual property. AI-generated summaries are derivative works created for informational purposes. The Pulse News brand, design, and proprietary technology are owned by Pulse News Pty Ltd.
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; use the App for any unlawful purpose; scrape, harvest, or reproduce content from the App; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or redistribute our content commercially without permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of news content or AI summaries. Financial data (stocks, crypto) is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered investment advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Pulse News Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
